The Syrian shawarma Fattah is a meal that has gained wide fame in Egypt during the recent period, in addition to being one of the delicious Syrian dishes that are suitable for feasts.

Shawarma Fattah is a meal developed from shawarma eaters, and it has almost the same ingredients; By adding white rice and nuts, the following is how to prepare it.

Chicken Shawarma Fattah Ingredients:

Half a kilogram chicken breast.
A tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Three tablespoons of white vinegar.
A tablespoon of flour.
Two onions, finely chopped.
A teaspoon of chicken spices.
1 teaspoon garlic powder.
A teaspoon of onion powder.
A small spoon of dried coriander.
A quarter of a small spoonful of chili.
Quarter teaspoon nutmeg small.
A small spoon of dried mint.
1 teaspoon cinnamon.
A cup of finely chopped parsley.
1 teaspoon black pepper.
Teaspoon salt.
For the Fattah sauce:
Two cups of yogurt.
A quarter cup of tahini.
A quarter cup of vinegar.
Two teaspoons of crushed garlic.
Teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon pepper.
Toasted sliced ​​bread, cut into small cubes.
Two cups cooked basmati rice.
Half a cup of fried nuts, almonds, and pine nuts.

Chicken Shawarma Fattah Method:

We marinate the chicken with an amount of yogurt, vinegar, and all kinds of spices mentioned above, for a period of not less than two hours, until the chicken takes on the flavor of the marinade.
Heat a frying pan over high heat for a minute, then add a small amount of vegetable oil to it, then place the chicken breast sliced on top, and stir in a light movement for about two minutes, until the chicken changes color, closes its pores, and does not run down during cooking.

Put the onions and continue stirring until the onions are tender, and homogeneous with the chicken.
Pour the vinegar and tahini and stir all the ingredients until they are mixed.

Add parsley to the ingredients, fry it for only two minutes, then turn off the heat under it.

Prepare the Fattah sauce, put in a side dish the amount of yogurt, tahini, and garlic with salt and pepper, mix the ingredients well, then add lemon juice, and stir the ingredients until we have a smooth, homogeneous mixture.

We prepare the serving plate, put a rich layer of toasted bread, spread it with a little tahini sauce, then put a layer of basmati rice, and put the quantity of shawarma on top, then pour the tahini sauce on the surface, and decorate with almonds and toasted cashews.

Put the meat, the remaining amount of spices, sumac, shawarma, pepper, green hot pepper, lemon juice, chopped onions, and half the amount of oil in a bowl and mix well, then cover the mixture and put it in the refrigerator for two hours.
Heat half the amount of vegetable oil in a saucepan over the stove, then put garlic, yogurt, vinegar, and mayonnaise and stir well to get a thick sauce (garlic), then remove it from the heat and set it aside.
Heat the remaining amount of oil in a pot on the stove, then put the onion slices, green bell pepper, and the meat mixture and stir well until the mixture wilts, then add the tomatoes and parsley while continuing to stir for ten minutes or until the mixture is cooked, then remove it from the heat and set it aside.
Put the fried bread in a large serving dish, then add garlic, rice and the meat and tomato mixture, and decorate the plate with raisins and almonds.
