Serves six people

Ingredients:

A box of lasagna slices.

Four tablespoons of olive oil.

Three cloves of crushed garlic.

Four hundred grams of finely meat.

A large cup of chopped tomatoes.

A small spoon of salt.

Fifteen leaves of chopped basil leaves.

Five hundred milliliters of milk.

Three tablespoons of flour.

Half a teaspoon of pepper.

A quarter tablespoon of ground nutmeg.

Two hundred and fifty milliliters of liquid cooking cream.

Five hundred grams of grated Parmesan cheese.

Half a spoonful of salt.

Method:

Preparing the white sauce:

Put the milk in a saucepan, add the flour to it and mix them.

Put the pot over medium heat and mix the ingredients frequently to thicken.

Add salt and nutmeg to a saucepan and set aside.

Add the liquid cream to the saucepan and mix the ingredients well.

Lasagna Preparation:

Put olive oil in a saucepan over a stove, add garlic to it and fry a little.

Add meat to the saucepan and cook it well.

Add tomatoes, basil leaves, salt, and pepper to the saucepan and mix the ingredients.

Bring an oven dish and put a quantity of white sauce in it.

Spread slices of lasagna over the white sauce, and put a quantity of meat mixture on top.

Repeat the process until the container for the oven is full.

Put the amount of remaining white sauce on the last layer of lasagna and cover with grated cheese.

Cook lasagna in the oven at a medium temperature for forty minutes, and brown it's surface.

Ingredients:

Six slices of lasagna.

Three red, green, and yellow peppers, cut into small cubes.

Two hundred and fifty grams of sliced ​​mushrooms.

2 potatoes, cut into small cubes.

Two liters of tomato sauce.

Two hundred grams of grated mix cheese, to taste.

Two tablespoons of each of:

Butter.

Oil.

A liter of milk.

Four tablespoons of flour.

Pepper and salt, to taste.

Pinch of nutmeg.

Method: 

Preparing the stuffing:

Put the tomato sauce in a saucepan on a low heat and bring it to a boil.

Add the potato cubes to the tomato sauce and leave it on the fire for ten minutes, then add the sweet colored pepper cubes and mushrooms to the sauce, stir the mixture and leave it on the fire for several minutes, then remove it from the fire and leave it aside. 

Preparing the bashamil sauce:

Put the oil and butter in a saucepan, then put the saucepan on medium heat until the butter melts.

Add the flour to the butter and oil, and stir it until it acquires a light golden color.

Add milk, stirring the mixture continuously with a wooden spoon, until it boils.

Reduce the fire under the bashamil and leave it on low heat until the mixture condenses with constant stirring.

Remove the bashamil from the heat, then add: nutmeg, pepper, and salt to it and stir the mixture well.

Method:

Prepare a rectangular tray for baking, then put a layer of tomato sauce on the bottom.

Put a layer of bashamil over the sauce in the prepared tray, then sprinkle a little cheese on top.

Laying three slices of lasagna side by side on top of the bashamil in the tray.

Put a generous amount of a mixture of salsa and vegetables on top of the lasagna layer in the tray, then put a layer of bashamil on top, sprinkle the cheese, then put three slices of lasagna on the face.

Put the rest of the quantity of bashamil on top of the lasagna layer in the tray and sprinkle cheese on top.

Bread lasagna in a preheated oven for thirty minutes, then take it out of the oven and serve it directly.
