Daily regular cake

The Ingredients:

Two cups of flour.
A cup and a quarter of fine sugar.
Half a cup of full-fat milk.
Half a cup of soft butter.
Three large eggs.
Two and a half teaspoons of baking powder.
A teaspoon of liquid vanilla.
Pinch of salt.


Put the grate rack in the middle of the oven.

Prepare a cake tray measuring 22 cm.

Add the first egg and then run the mixer on medium speed, and repeat this step with the rest of the eggs.
Add orange flavor and vanilla to the mixture.
Add flour and milk, and then run the mixer for a minute on medium speed until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
Pour the cake mixture into the tray.
Place the cake pan in the oven for thirty-five minutes, until the cake is completely cooked.
Test the maturity of the cake by using a small wooden stick, and stick it into the cake. If it comes back clean, this indicates that the cake has become ripe.
Take the cake out of the oven, then place it on a metal mesh to cool for a few minutes.

Distribute the sauce directly on the cake.

Decorate the cake with orange slices, then serve it cold.
