The Meat Fattah

Fattah is considered one of the popular dishes famous in various countries of the Arab world, especially Egypt and it is considered more in the holy month of Ramadan.Where the methods of preparing it differ from one region to another, some of them are prepared with meat, chickpeas or eggplant and are decorated in a variety of ways.
It is an authentic Egyptian meal that my grandmother invented and it was applied mainly to the Egyptian table, especially on occasions such as: celebration of the newborn and also on Eid al-Adha.We offer you how to make Egyptian fattah with vinegar and garlic in simple steps.

The Ingredients:

Half a kilogram of boiled meat.
Two cups of soaked and filtered rice.
Three loaves of bread cut into small pieces.
Five tablespoons of ghee.
Ten cloves of crushed garlic.
Two cups of tomato sauce.
Four cups of meat broth.
Four tablespoons of vegetable oil.
A quarter cup of apple cider vinegar.
Salt and black pepper to taste.

The Method:

A quarter of the garlic is fried with half a tablespoon of ghee,
Add tomato sauce, salt and black pepper to the garlic and leave the ingredients on the stove until thick.
Cook the rice in oil, add two cups of meat broth, a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Leave the rice on low heat until it is completely cooked.
Put the bread in a tray, and distribute two tablespoons of ghee, and enter the oven until it turns red and becomes crunchy.
Roast another quarter of the amount of garlic with half a tablespoon of ghee, add half the amount of vinegar, a cup and a half of broth, and leave the mixture on the stove until it reaches a boiling point.
Bread is placed in a large plate, and garlic mixture is poured over it.
Pour rice over the bread, and spread tomato sauce over it.
Fry the remaining amount of garlic with a little ghee and add vinegar and half a cup of broth to it, pour the mixture on top of the fattah. Fry the meat pieces with the remaining amount of ghee, season it with salt and pepper and spread on the surface of the fattah, then serve.
