Preparing and seasoning the turkey:

Take the turkey out of the mixture, rinse well with water inside and out, to remove any traces of salt or sticky spices, then dry it well with a clean towel or tissue paper.

Prepare a mixture of butter and spices (rosemary, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, cinnamon, salt and pepper), and knead the turkey with it from the outside, between the skin and the flesh.

Add a few grains of chopped onions, slices of oranges, celery and carrots inside the turkey and at the bottom of the turkey and don't forget seasoning the vegetables with salt and pepper.

Cooking Turkey:
