The Ingredients:

A kilogram of lamb chopped cubes.
A piece of sliced eggplant.
Two small potatoes,cut into cubes.
Three zucchini,cut into rings.
Two pistachios,cubes.

A quarter of a kilogram of green peas.
Half a tablespoon of spices.
Three heads of chopped onions.
A cup of tomato juice.
Four teaspoons of ghee.
Two sweet peppercorns.
Three cloves of minced garlic.
Salt and pepper as needed.
