A kilogram of beef.

Method:

Mix the dry spices together in a suitable size plate, and stir them well.
We put the pieces of meat in a wide, suitable tray.
We add a third of the spices to the meat, and stir it well by rubbing the spices in the meat and leaving it for a while until the flavor is absorbed.
