Two cups of water.
Two tablespoons of yeast.
Six tablespoons of powdered milk.
Fifty dates.
Four cups of flour.
Tablespoon of baking powder.
Pinch of salt.

Two large cups of fine sugar.

In a blender put four cups of flour, baking powder, milk, salt, sugar and yeast.
Stir all ingredients to mix together, then add oil, eggs, saffron, and water, and knead them very quickly until all ingredients are mixed and kneaded, add more flour as desired, and continue kneading at a slow speed for a period of 3-6 minutes.
Put the whole dough in a dish spread with oil, cover it, and leave it for brewing and double its volume.
Hold pressure on the dough to extract air from it, then put it on a flat plate sprayed with a little flour.
Cut them into 30 pieces, stuff it with dates, distribute them in a round tray, then let them rest.
To polish the dough: Mix only one egg yolk with salt and milk, and distribute the polishing mixture to the dough using a brush.
Bake the tray in the oven for 10 minutes, soak the saffron with milk, then put the saffron over the beehive.
