¾ kilo peeled potatoes, cut into medium thickness rings.
Chopped chicken 4 pieces.
Medium onion, finely chopped.
4 large tomatoes, finely chopped.
2 cups water.
½ teaspoon of garlic powder.
½ Minced chili pepper.
2 tablespoons of oil.
1 tablespoon of tomato sauce.
Salt and black pepper.

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
On medium heat, heat the oil, then add onions and stir until wilts.
Add the tomato sauce, chopped tomato, salt, black pepper and garlic powder, and stir for 5 minutes.
Add water, and leave the mixture until it boils.
Cover the pot and simmer for 15 minutes.
In a tray, put the potatoes then the chicken, then pour the sauce over it, and you can add some rings of carrots on top.
Cover the tray with foil paper, then put it in the oven for 45 minutes.
Remove the foil, then put it back in the oven for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with white rice.
