Ingredients:

Dough ingredients:
3 cups of flour
1 tablespoon of yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
Half a cup of oil
1 cup of warm water

Filling components: 

500 g date paste
1 tablespoon of butter or ghee
1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 large egg

Method:
